He has seen this association grow in size and focus since the beginning. Mark currently serves the as Web Site Administrator for the Association. In addition, Mark has served on the Board of Directors in several capacities as President, VP, Treasurer, Event’s Meeting Planner & Membership Director for the Association. Mr. Gray represents the core values of our association and continues to mentor and help shape the direction of this association. Endeavor Management Search Group is recognized one of restaurant foodservice industries leading executive search in the country. Mark has been in restaurant management and executive search business since 1989. His company is nationally recognized recruiting authority in executive and managerial corporate positions, having conducted many prominent executive searches for local, regional, & national restaurant brands both in the public and private sectors. Prior to this Mark has worked in key management operations and field recruitment positions with several restaurant companies as Pizza Hut, Mid-American & Olive Garden Restaurant Groups. He attended Mansfield University of PA for Business Administration. Currently Mark is a member of Illinois Restaurant Association, National Restaurant Association, and National Association of Personnel Consultants, Association of Executive Search Consultants, Multi-Architects, Engineers and Construction Officers, Food, Beverage, Equipment Executives of Chicago, and Hospitality Network Association . |

Kristen is currently the Director of Sales and Marketing for Charles McRae Produce having moved up the ranks from Customer Service Rep and Account Rep. As an employee as well as the eldest daughter in the McRae family Kristen has had the opportunity to grow up with an impeccable work ethic with a passion for quality and a high level of customer service.
