Dale Puziss

Mickeys Linen

Dale has been an active member with the Hospitality Network Association since 2001. Dale also serves currently on the Board of Directors in since 2004 to current as Director of Membership Recruiting.

Dale has been employed with Mickey’s for over 25 years experience. Currently Dale is Sales Manager for Mickey’s Linen Company dealing with on premise restaurant and foodservice companies working with each operators to improve their quality linen service lines and increase unit productivity.

Mickey’s Linen is the premier rental provider of linens, uniforms and Towel to the Restaurant, Hotel, Hospitality, Foodservice, country and private clubs in the Chicago land’s, Milwaukee, WI and Northwest Indiana these regions. Our Sales and Service Center is located in the western suburb of Addison and Chicago with another plant located in both Milwaukee, WI and Northwest Indiana areas.

These strategic service locations enable Mickey’s to serve all of Chicago and surrounding suburbs including farther locations like Rockford, Milwaukee, Madison which allowing us to respond quickly to our customers and their needs. Mickey’s Linen is the most unique customer services in offering and silverware return program to it’s restaurateurs that saves some of thousands in dollars by return misplaced silver in the linen and napkin containers and returning it to the operations. Mickey Linen offers up monthly health sanitation course taught for food handlers and restaurants in the Chicago Area taken a limited number operators participants to help to get them key management or employees Food service Sanitation Certified.
Mickey’s rented or leased branded identity apparel programs that include uniforms, corporate casual wear, and executive apparel, innovatively customized to the unique image, floor runners and safety items. Mickey’s offers comprehensive selection of facility services that enhance companies' image, safety, and hygiene in the workplace, including branded and ergonomic area floor coverings, dust control products, and restroom hygiene solutions and related products.
Dales has a Bachelors Degree from the University of Arizona in Psychology.



Dick Marting

A New Dairy

Dick has been with A New Dairy since 1990 and a member of the Hospitality Network Association since 2000, currently serving as Vice President. Brings provides the Association with in depth industry expertise on Chicagoland restaurant, foodservice, Hotel and Country clubs industries.

Dick’s food background has been in the food service area having spent 30 years involved with airline catering – purchasing – management, etc. He has a wealth of experience in menu planning and food costing in which to help any customer in these areas. His philosophy in sales is to provide an ultimate service to the customer in product mix, delivery and service of product, and a very good working relationship with the customer to provide a win-win situation with that customer.

A NEW DAIRY has been in business since 1990, and we have grown from basically a milk distributor of Dean’s dairy products to now a FULL LINE DAIRY DISTRIBUTOR handling yogurts, ice creams, cheeses, butter, eggs, desserts, Hormel meat items, juices, water and misc. other items for the food service industry, and of course still all of the liquid dairy items.



David A. Gotowko

Restaurant Business Solutions

David has been with Hospitality Network Association since 2000. Currently he has been on the Board of Directors since 2001 serving as Special Events Director. David handles all association
meeting locations for the membership. His contribution to the group has been invaluable and he has introduced the members to new restaurants and food experiences.

David is President and Founder of Restaurant Business Solutions serving the many needs of the Food & Beverage Industry developing a practice exclusively for restaurants, hotels, private clubs, caterer's, and entertainment venues since 1994. Mr. Gotowko has worked with numerous Restaurant & Hotel groups, several Private Clubs; numerous independents, investment groups, and accountants with industry clients. While much of Restaurant Business Solution's clientele is centered upon start-ups, concept and business development, its reputation for troubled financial "turn-arounds" is well respected. Restaurant Business Solutions currently serves clients throughout the United States and Canada. He is responsible for creation of numerous restaurant concepts throughout the United States. Gotowko also developed "Kids Kitchen," a nutrition and cooking program for elementary school children in suburban Chicago. .

Prior to this, Gotowko joined ARA Services, Fine Dining Division as their National Director of Special Events and General Manager of the John Hancock Restaurants / The 95th in Chicago. He traveled extensively; having full Catering and Production responsibility for Nationally Prominent Events such as Miss America Beauty Pageants; the Unveiling of the Statue of Liberty Celebration in New York Harbor; Ramses II Egyptian Antiquities US Tour; the Pan American Games; Super Bowl XX ; and many others. He has personally arranged and managed many catered events serving every U.S. President from Ronald Reagan to George W. Bush along with many other World. In 1995 he was honored as one of "America's Top 2000 Chefs" by Chefs in America dignitaries. David has business degrees in Management & Marketing from SUNY at Buffalo.



Shannon Nyhan
